mig33 uses the latest data technology on your phone to help make calls really cheap and just for July, calls to India, US and Pakistan are FREE*! When you make a call to these destinations, you will be charged our normal low rates and then on 1 August 2009, we will refund the cost of these calls back in credits. What can be better than FREE* and there are no limits to how many calls you get refunded.

How to make a call?

  1. On your phone, go to m.mig33.com
  2. Create a username, password, mobile phone number and register
  3. Download the recommended application
  4. Open the application on your phone
  5. Enter the authentication code, which you will have received by SMS
  6. Click menu on the home screen, and then select call

Why use mig33 Callback?

mig33 calls are normally completed by dialing a local number. A connection fee to this local number may apply. If you do not wish to pay the local connection fee on your bill or minutes, you can use the 'Callback' option. To do so, un-tick the 'call-through' check box when you go to make a call. Your call will then be charged at Callback rates. Although these rates may be a little higher, they are still very competitive.

How do I get credits to make calls in mig33?

There are many ways to get credits for mig33, including getting a Ukash voucher at Pick n Pay, buying a mig33 prepaid card at select stores, from mig33 merchants and using your credit card.

Get credits at Pick 'n Pay

To top up at a Pick n Pay store:

  1. Go into any Pick n Pay store and ask for a "Ukash" voucher (just like buying an airtime top up voucher)
  2. Login into mig33 on your phone
  3. Click on Menu > Account Settings > Manage Account > Recharge
  4. Enter the number from your Ukash voucher to top up
